ScribbleSamAnimation - What is your opinion over the recent controversy over a playable character in the latest upcomming Tekken game? The character in question is "Lucky Chloe". There has been a big hate campaign against her and they want Namco to remove her from the game. I'm not fantastically sure why but I think it's because she's cute and she brings JPop music to mind.

i gather you are not enamoured with modern console gaming partly due to technical issues but also because there is nothing significantly new in the medium...do you think theres nothing new due to commercial pressures, due to hardware limitations, due to a lack of imagination, due to the fact that the existing games are selling therefore there's no need for anything new, or some other reason?

Many people (myself included) have had a problem with installing updates on Gran Turismo 6 when starting from scratch. After putting the disk in, it insists on installing 12 (at the time of making this video) updates, which are downloaded, one after another, and then installed in one go. Sadly, at the end of the installation, it gives an error message, and the installation fails. After some investigation, I've come across a suggested remedy, which is what you see here. You can probably stop watching after the first 5 minutes or so, as you'll have the idea, and only those interested in random Benway rambling need continue watching.

This is a DIY project where, through trial and error, and inspired by the likes of Oculus Rift and Google Cardboard, I make a virtual reality headset using a 7 inch Android tablet. Other items used include a cycling helmet, two pairs of +3.5 strength reading classes, several cardboard boxes, a lot of duct tape, a PS3 joypad, an elastic belt, and a car cleaning sponge.

First I show you (and talk about) this Adman Grandstand TVG 3600 MKII pong system that was very generously given to me by Chris, Novabug. https://www.youtube.com/user/Novabug Next I talk about how I've reappraised my opinion of Gran Turismo 6. I had previously decided that the difficulty balance was somewhat off, which to my mind, spoiled my enjoyment of the game. On further playing though, I've concluded that it was my choices while playing of the game that were incorrect, and the game is in fact as excellent as I'd originally hoped.
